These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using this website, you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our site.
 
Client:
The term “Client” refers to an individual or entity who enters into an agreement with Doral Tech Solutions for the procurement of optimization, performance enhancement, and/or repair services.
Services:

The term “Services” provided by Doral Tech Solutions encompass, but are not limited to, performance evaluations, expert consultation, recommendations for device optimization and performance enhancement, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacement.

Serviced Product:

The term “Serviced Product” refers to the electronic device submitted by the Client for service with Doral Tech Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to: desktop computers, mobile phones, tablets, gaming consoles, and accessories such as smartwatches, wireless earbuds, keyboards, mice, and other similar products.

Use of the Website:

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms and conditions. Unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems is strictly prohibited.

All content, including text, design, graphics, and logos on this site, is the exclusive property of Doral Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Repair Services:

The “Repair Services” provided by Doral Tech Solutions are subject to the conditions outlined herein.

Service Guarantee:

We provide a 90-day limited warranty on the workmanship and labor associated with all services rendered. The warranty for individual components is governed by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and as such, Doral Tech Solutions is not liable for any warranty coverage on these parts. In the event that a component’s warranty extends beyond the 90-day period offered by Doral Tech Solutions, the Client will be responsible for any labor fees should they choose to have the device serviced again by Doral Tech Solutions, even if the component can be replaced at no additional cost. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or any alterations made to the product or service while in the care of the client.

Quotes/Estimates:

All quotes provided by Doral Tech Solutions are estimates and may be subject to adjustments based on the final requirements of products or services.

Device Returned to Client:

The Client is responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of serviced products. Prior to the release of the device, the Client must sign an outtake form, which authorizes the retrieval of the device from our possession. In the event the serviced device is shipped and not picked up from our store, a signature will be required upon delivery to confirm successful receipt of the package. Doral Tech Solutions will not be held liable for serviced products that remain unclaimed beyond the timeframe outlined in our “Abandonment Policy” below.

Limitation of Liability:

Doral Tech Solutions disclaims all liability related to the configuration, prior condition, or performance of the device following the implementation of any recommendations. It is the Client’s responsibility to back up all relevant data before any service procedures are performed and Doral Tech Solutions cannot be held liable for any data loss that results from service.

Pricing and Payment:

All pricing displayed on the website is subject to change without prior notice. Payment for service has to be made prior to the device being picked up from our location or before Doral Tech Solutions is able to ship the device back to the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the content of this website, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by Doral Tech Solutions. Reproduction, distribution, or any unauthorized use of this content is prohibited without prior written consent from Doral Tech Solutions.

Modifications:

Doral Tech Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of such changes through updates posted on the website. Continued use of the website following such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 


 

This section of our terms and conditions apply upon completing our check-in form and requesting service from us. 

  • DIAGNOSTIC FEE – I acknowledge that a non-refundable diagnostic fee will be charged for service regardless if a repair is performed on the device. The diagnostic fee covers the worksmanship and time spent on troublehooting and diagnosing the device brought in to ensure the best possible repair recommendation is proposed.

  • DATA DISCLAIMER – I acknowledge the inherent risk of data loss or compromise during technical services and assume sole responsibility for maintaining regular data backups. I will secure or remove confidential files from my device before service. I authorize Doral Tech Solutions to use my provided password specifically for the purpose of data recovery or transfer, understanding that they are not liable for any data loss or compromise that may occur during the service process.

  • SERVICE PARTS – I authorize Doral Tech Solutions to service my device using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts whenever possible. If OEM parts are unavailable or upon my request, I authorize the use of compatible third-party parts. Prior to any part replacement, I will be informed of the specific parts required and their source. Doral Tech Solutions provides a 90-day warranty on labor and workmanship. Warranty coverage for service parts is provided by the original manufacturer and is subject to their specific terms and conditions.

  • ABANDONMENT POLICY – To ensure efficient operations and manage storage space, Doral Tech Solutions requests timely response from me regarding the status of my device. If I fail to communicate with Doral Tech Solutions within 15 days of initial drop-off, the device will be considered abandoned. In such cases, Doral Tech Solutions will make multiple attempts to contact me via email and phone over a 60-day period. If no contact is established, the device and its associated accessories will be permanently disposed of.

  • OEM WARRANTY – Using third-party parts to service my device may void the original manufacturer’s warranty. Doral Tech Solutions is not liable for any warranty voidance or cancellation resulting from the use of third-party parts during the service process.
